TMS Middle School Digital Learning Schedule
Students will be expected to check their email and Google Classroom regularly to ensure they are aware of upcoming Google Meets and assignments. The schedule was intentionally designed to allow for direct-instruction (synchronous) to occur within a 40-minute block with follow up assignments being assigned via Google Classroom following the morning meet (asynchronous). One-on-one office hours can be scheduled via Google Classroom through a Google Form or email with the teacher as needed, or as requested by the teacher. Fridays are an ideal time for students to schedule time to receive support from their teachers.
Monday & Wednesday
9:00 - 9:40 Period 1 Google Meet
10:00 - 10:40 Period 3 Google Meet
11:00 - 11:40 Period 5 Google Meet
12:00 - 1:00 Lunch
1:00 - 2:10 Support Google Meet
Support is not required. Students ask teachers for help and come back during this time. After 11:40, students do not have any more active classes. Students may have work that they have to complete, but there is not a class for them to attend after 11:40.
Tuesday & Thursday

1:00 - 2:10 Support Google Meet

Intervention: remediation, acceleration & enrichment
Session 1 - 9:00 -10:00;
Session 2 - 10:15-11:15;
Session 3 – 1:00-2:00;
Session 4 – 2:15 – 3:15
Teachers will direct certain students to sign up. If a student wants help, he/she should sign up through that teacher’s Google Classroom.
