Summer School Registration

Summer School Registration
Posted on 03/08/2021

The DCSS Summer School Plan (SSP) is designed to meet the needs of all of our students in kindergarten-12th grades based on data collected before and after the COVID-19 crisis. This plan will address the needs of our learners who require remediation. Students may need additional support to be successful in the next grade level.

Summer School is also an intervention to prevent students from having to repeat a grade or avoid retention. Registration does not guarantee acceptance. Parents will receive final notification that their child has been accepted for summer school. Acceptance is based on the priority of need for the students as it relates to qualifiers.
