7 - 5/4/20

Monday - Google Meet @ 10 am

Teacher will (review) and guide students on how to cite evidence, how to determine the main idea, and how to analyze details in text that they read.


Students will:

*Read the Writescore article, A Lesson in Manners  

*Answer comprehension questions for A Lesson in Manners by completing online in Google Classroom on a Google Form.

*Write a constructed response based on the passage which will be located in Google Classroom.

*Classworks: 30 minutes

*30 minutes of independent Reading on (Newsela, MyOn, AR, Library Books, Follett) and fill out Reading Log.

8 - 5/11/20

Monday - Google Meet @ 10 am

Teacher will (review) and guide students on how to determine the meaning of words, how to analyze the structure of a text, and how to determine the author's point of view/purpose of text.


Students will:

*Re-Read the Writescore article, A Lesson in Manners 

*Answer comprehension questions A Lesson in Manners 2 by completing online on Google Classroom on a google form 

*Write a constructed response based on the passage which will be located in Google Classroom.

*Classworks: 30 minutes

*30 minutes of independent Reading on (Newsela, MyOn, AR, Library Books, Follett) and fill out Reading Log.

*Write a constructed response based on the passage which will be located in Google Classroom.
